CHRISTOPHER J. GREENE
CHRISTOPHER J. GREENE was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985, and is admitted to practice in Florida as well as before the United States District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He received his B.A. degree in Economics from Stetson University in 1981 and his J.D. degree with honors from the University of Miami in 1985, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Greene practices in the area of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including shareholder and partnership disputes, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and disputes involving trusts, estates, and probate. He is Co-Chairman of the Probate and Trust Litigation Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association.

In his community, Mr. Greene is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and serves as the Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Communities in Schools. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities. He previously served on the Ponte Vedra Municipal Service District, as its Chairman and Vice Chairman, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Urban League and the Board of Directors of the YMCA at the Bank of America Tower. Mr. Greene’s practice is in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, shareholder and partnership disputes, and estate and trust litigation.
