LYUDMYLA KOLYESNIK focuses primarily on trust and estate litigation, complex business disputes, and construction-related disputes.  Lyudmyla successfully represents clients in cases involving incapacity, undue influence, coercion, breach of fiduciary duties, and more.  She also assists clients with business disputes involving contractual disputes, shareholder derivative actions, dissolution of business entities, as well as trade secret misappropriation.

Lyudmyla draws on her background in corporate finance and uses those skills to analyze the complex financial issues often involved in her cases.  Furthermore, litigation, whether between family members or business partners, often involves sensitive dynamics, which she understands and handles with great care.  Lyudmyla strives to litigate her cases efficiently and effectively.

Lyudmyla earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2019, ranking in the top 5% of her class.  While at FCSL, she served as the Managing Editor for the FCSL Law Review and interned at the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel.  She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Finance from the University of Massachusetts in 2016.
