DIANA B. BAUER focuses her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration, including estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer tax. Diana works with individuals and families to create transfer-tax efficient and personalized estate plans and has experience in advising clients regarding the administration of complex trusts and estates.

Diana grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach and graduated from Ponte Vedra High School. She enjoys exploring and supporting the Ponte Vedra and greater Jacksonville community with her husband, son, and yellow lab.

Diana earned multiple book awards for her academic achievement while attending law school at Stetson University College of Law and while obtaining her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida.  Diana was a Graduate Tax Scholar during her time at the University of Florida.

Diana is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and Tax Law sections of The Florida Bar.
